How It Runs

  • Week to week — start any day. Each week sets your daily habits + a daily task (Day 1–6; Day 7 rest, habits only)
  • 30 → 60 → 90. 90 days. Finish every day and you complete the program — the standard climbs, it doesn't get easier
  • Complete in order. No skipped days. Discipline to excel without guidance.
  • Miss a day and you start over at Day 1. That is the standard.
